• Supporting the review and approval of maintenance procedures for equipment and recommending
improvements in line with O&M Contract and industry best practices.
• Reviewing and approving scheduled preventive maintenance testing plans and protocols for generators
, electrical equipment, machines and complete Power Distribution & Lighting System including cabling, Auto
Transfer Panels, Manual Change Over switches, Distribution Board,
• Developing and reviewing Scope of Work (SOW) of Contract and implementation of KPIs for PM, CM, NOC,
Spares & Consumables, fueling maintenance and repair activities for Plant.
• Administering repairs and corrective work on electrical equipment to ensure quality and compliance with
industry standards.
• Managing, maintaining, and analyzing maintenance history, records, and test results for the whole site
equipment.
• Analyzing repetitive equipment failures using historical maintenance records to to prevent future failures.
• Supporting the management of Outstanding Preventative & Corrective Maintenance Work Orders and
working closely with operations supervisors.
• Monitoring and evaluating maintenance KPIs as per agreed SLA using O&M dashboard and identifying
opportunities to optimize maintenance costs.
• Ensuring proper inventory management in ERP, defining equipment criticality classes, and assigning
Maintenance Strategies accordingly.
• Evaluating and forecasting future needs for spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage of
critical spare parts and consumables.
• Participating in troubleshooting major equipment failures and assisting in resolving technical difficulties
beyond the knowledge of maintenance technicians if required.
• Conducting QA/QC for maintenance activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards.

(KPK). Main accomplishment was increase in project profitability.

• My achievements as Project Manager was this, initially 888 sites complete O&M scope
offered, was later increased to 1350 sites as one compete region was awarded containing
432 sites, enabling additional revenues gain of PK. Rs. 3.2 million/month.
• Further contract renewal process was also successfully completed after expiry of one year
period

• Closed 350 pending warranty support (after sales) jobs from different national and international equipment
suppliers.
• Reduced high fault ratio by close coordination of subcontractors and own team of fixing installations faults)

• Award of Highway sites after successful construction and installation of 125 sites as Power Engineer
.Later I was transferred in QC/Site acceptance and DCC department as quality control Inspector .The
project was started with 5 area managers and one site QC and site acceptance manager, later I was
promoted as Acting Zone Manager and remained continuously part of the team who succeeded to
hand over all sites to client resulting into release of final payments and insurance bonds.)
Coal fired Power Plant expansion from 3 MW to 6 MW, erection, installation, testing and commissioning
I was hired as Trainee Electrical Engineer, competed training along with participation in erection activities of 3
MW steam operated turbo generators)
