• Daily review mechanics work performance and technical assistant to mechanics
• Maintenance & service of engine, truck related components & plan for RTA passing activities.
• Make the proper plan & targets for next day activities.
• Repair & service of Truck mixers hydraulic pumps & gear boxs
• Complete range of service, repair of Hydraulic pumps, Hydraulic cylinders, PTO gear box,
Electrical control panel & service of Wheel loaders.
• To reach zero percentage of onsite breakdown of the concreting fleets through regular &
preventive inspections of fast moving mechanical & hydraulic components.
• Providing accurate service & minimize equipment maintenance cost through maximize pump
spare parts service life.
• Complete range of Troubleshooting, Repair & Service of Hydraulic & engine components.
• Boom Inspections carried out based on Age of unit as per service manuals.

• Disassembly, repair, service of PTO Gear box, Hydraulic pumps, Motors, Direction control
valves, Concrete pump boom cylinders, drive cylinders, hydraulic pumps, Truck mixers.
• Commissioning of Mobile concrete pumps,
• Repair & service of Atlas Cranes.
• Repair of boom slewing system.
• Carried out privative maintenance
• Maintenance of German gulf Rental Concrete pumps & truck mixers.

• Doing major O/H of hydraulic Pumps, Control valve block, Hydraulic Motors.
• Attending customer Problems related to service issues.
• Preventive $ Shut down service maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipments Attending site
