As a Physiotherapist,
-Initiate appropriate physiotherapy intervention programs for patients or clients suffering from immobility.
-Assess and evaluate physical disabilities caused by neurological disorders, stroke, diseases or injuries.
-Bring wellness and mobility in physical disabilities caused by injuries, stroke or other neurological disorders through physiotherapy treatment programs.
-Handle pain and physical problems caused by illnesses, disabilities and injuries.
-Manage and treat patients with disabilities in home and community care.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient care and comfort.
-Maintain and update patient records and documents.
-Provide quality physiotherapist treatment to the highest possible levels.
-Consult and collaborate with consulting physicians and other medical professionals in providing physiotherapy treatments.
-Teach patients and their families about self care treatment interventions.
As a Coding Manager,
-Assign appropriate evaluation/management levels for professional services.
-Review patient medical records to assign codes for diagnoses, treatments, surgical procedures, and nonsurgical procedures for professional services.
-Maintains a working knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM coding principles, HAAD & DHA regulations, protocols and third-party requirements pertaining to billing and documentation.
-Ensures all services documented in the patient’s chart are coded with appropriate diagnoses and procedure codes. When services are not documented appropriately, seeks to attain proper documentation in a timely manner.
-Conducts a review of records to ensure compliance with coding and documentation guidelines and governmental requirements.
-Provides written reports to supervisor or manager with audit results.
-Conducts one-on-one or small group education to physicians regarding the results of their periodic reviews while maintaining an exceptionally high level of professionalism.
-Provides accurate answers to physician’s coding and billing questions on a timely basis.
-Ensures maximum efficiency and reimbursement for properly documented services.
-Reviews, modifies, and recommends changes to policies and procedures to improve professional fee coding and data management.
-Effective assessing, managing &treatment of patients in the hospital
-To help in the clinical developmental process
-To update knowledge regularly
-Documenting patients history and record making
-Conducting case presentation for the internees
-Responsible for guiding students to provide the treatment approach to the patients in the hospital
-Academic teaching in the K.G.institute twice a week
-Organising student journal presentation
-To treat the patients in all the specialities
-On-field management in sports sector
