 Ensure that all financial transactions comply with donor agencies & organization’s accounting and auditing guidelines and procedures
 Participate in the budget preparation process; particularly checking whether it is meeting 30/70 government requirements’
 Payment vouchers, cash receipt and journal vouchers preparation, coding, posting and producing financial reports using accounting software and excel
 Review subcontract documents before effecting payments
 Scan financial documents every month and submit to head quarter
 Reconcile cash and bank balances; prepare & submit monthly fund requests to head quarter
 Prepare payroll based on approved time sheet & smoothly handle the transfer to individual account
 handle petty cash management, travel advances & its proper settlement, employment taxes, pension, withhold taxes and VAT refund procedures
 Involve in the registration of fixed assets, giving tag numbers and partake in annual physical count.
 Prepare income & expenditures; budget utilization reports; and based on the outcome recommend for necessary actions
 Make the books ready for external audit and follow the successful completion and submital to concerned bodies before deadline
 Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, finance and administration
