I was associated with all applications, services of refractory applications in Steel vessels like EAF.Steel teeeming Ladles. liquid iron transporatation ladle, torpedo car, slide gate application and services.
I was leading the largest site in steelplant controlling inventory, consumption and optimisation. I was looking after all technical report of performance and make presentation for further improvement.
Teamed with Technology and R&D to improve product quality and analysis.
As i was quite experienced with Steel production Via eaf.lrf and VD route I was analysing product performance related to operational parameters and making reports.
In my previous companies I was Shift manager of EAF and Lrf handling all production.procaess and logistics .
Applications of refractories in steel vessels like EAF, Steel teeming Ladle, Hotmetal Ladles, Torpedo car.
Lining pattern modification as and when required for better performance.
Service to refractory monitoring, repair practices and shutdown jobs control
Strong command over steel production through DC Eaf and CONARC and LRF VD route.
Logistics and material handling control.
Scrap identification and preparation.
Efficiency to identify rawmaterial behaviour in steel and accordingy change process in steel production in EAF and CONARC furnaces.
