•Overall control and administration of the 70, 000 SQFT Showroom Furniture Department including 40 Staff.
•Responsible for Maximizing Retail sales and profit, Display & Replenishments, Visual merchandising operations, Customer service, Coaching staff, Planning & handling deliveries, Management reports, Cost management and Maintaining highest level of company standards in the showroom.
•Monitoring and Analyzing Key Data Records daily, weekly, monthly and annually.

•Responsible as Duty Manager whenever the Showroom Manager is not in the Showroom.

Worked as an Accountant for one year and then promoted to the position of Regional Manager - Commercial, assigned to Andra Pradesh branch office in India.
