• Collaborate with Sales team and other members of the Business Development and Operations teams in developing new client relationships with a focus for all provinces in Indonesia
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

• Create and implement effective account plans including developing and implementing a sales strategy considering
new business growth, managing all resources necessary to

• Looking for small-scale projects to projects that require bid tenders. Prepare all the requirements needed
• Participate in lead generation activities, including events and
prospecting campaigns
• Develop and deliver sales presentations, product
demonstrations, and proposals
• Develop research analysis techniques to determine customer
prospects
• Managing the whole business operation of the platform business.
• Ensuring all users’ expectations and satisfaction are met.
• Lead a team consist of Product, Operations, Project, and Business Development.
• Guiding, training, and ensuring the teams run efficiently and effectively.
• Creating strategies to achieve goals and higher revenue through marketing, promotions, partnerships, etc.
• Monitoring budget and expenses.
• Planning and executing strategies for the business expansion.
• Building and maintaining communication and relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Co-work with Tech team for product enhancements and product roadmap
• Co-work with HR, Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business
• To work together within management to foster a good, healthy, and positive team's dynamics within the region
• Co-work and be involved to deepen clients' relationship through referral between business unit
• All ad-hoc assignments given by Head of Division
• Collaborated with business development,
marketing, and product departments on the
creation of competitive concept proposals
• Actively prospect and drive new business
opportunities
• Consult with your customers to develop
integrated marketing campaigns based on their
needs and objectives
• Maintain accurate weekly forecasts within our
CRM database
• Drives sales and revenue growth with KA team
for specific products and technologies in
Telecom-datacom market
• Supports identifying future market trends,
developments/product/service expectations
and translates them into business growth
opportunities
• Analyzes and builds different future scenarios
to create new paths of business include timing
and investment planning
• Develops and supports the strategy map /
customer roadmaps and steers profitable
growth globally / regionally / locally
• Executes and customizes strategies for product
/ technology positioning and defines training
and promotional needs with Marketing
• Explores and supports acquisition and
divestment projects
• Collaborates closely with Marketing / Sales /
KAM and Business Development to steer
activities
• Builds relevant customer / market relationships
and attends and supports relevant events,
exhibitions, trade fairs
• Performs cross-functional coordination of
processes and departments, initiates and
supports innovation projects
• Develops and implements business analysis
instruments, provides market and competitive
intelligence
• Aggregates product / technology / application /
business model needs and communicates
these to relevant key interfaces
• Ensures that Sales, KAM have the right business
/ market / customer transparency to prioritize
activities accordingly
