● Acting as QA Executive for various projects like Towers and Villas under DAMAC Properties.
● Responsible for managing site Snagging team as per the Client’s priorities
● Doing pre handover inspection using SnagR and Onsite application.
● Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports for the clients.
● Arranging meeting with client representatives for the progress.
● Do inspection for civil maintenance work as per the client’s schedule.
● Prepare the inspection report and submit to the client for understanding.
● Estimate the materials requirements and their quantity.
● Do the costing for the inspected site works.
● Execute the job once the quotation approved in Quality manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Acting as main technical advisor to subcontractors, operatives and crafts people with respect to construction site.
•Controlling the level for the all floors from the reference point given by the surveyor.
•Interpreting construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
•Scheduling the weekly work progress as per master plan given by the Manager. And also pre schedule for site inspection for the concrete casting.
•Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.
•Planning and analyzing all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options for approval prior to execution at site.
•Supervise the site workforce and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.
•Coordinating with Client / representatives for any site instructions, inspection of works and attends progress meetings with contractors.
•Monitoring piling works.
•Monitoring all the rebar works and formwork of both substructure and superstructure as per drawings, specifications and as per schedule.
•Ensuring that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
•Planning the execution of all civil related works and supervise the works with the project team.
•Controlling the level for overall foul drain system of the project as per the specifications.
•Supervising the foul drain construction and also the road construction.
•Controlling level for drainage works and supervising for construction of drainage as per drawing and specifications.
•Monitoring all the plumbing and sanitary works as per drawings and specifications.
•Check all the sanitary and plumping works prior to inspection.
•Monitoring MEP works and Coordinates with MEP subcontractors about the MEP works.
•Coordinate with MEP consultants and MEP subcontractor to solve any technical issues and also for inspection.
•Request site staff for the inspection prior to concrete casting.
•Depends upon the site conditions working overtime.
•Monitoring brick works, plastering works & tiling works.
•Monitoring any kind ceiling works, dry wall partition works.
•Coordinating with the technical consulting team and client for any clarification.
•Attending technical meeting with consultants to clear technical issues.
•Ensuring that all materials used are according to the specifications.
•Coordinates with engineering and estimation team departments to verify drawings and estimation sheets.
•Produce quantity take off for progress claim.
•Managing the site on a day to day basis that includes monitoring the labor force, machinery and that of the sub-contractors.
•Handling multiple projects at same time.
•Submitting weekly site progress Report to the Manager.
•Overseeing upon the quality control methods in place.
•Coordinate with Site Safety Official for work under safety environment.
•Attending every day Toolbox Meeting to works safely. And also maintain site Tidy.
