• Monitoring the team members to prepare Sales & Service Reports like: Sales Call Reports, Order Obtained & Lost Reports, M.O.R. - Monthly Operational Reports, Sales Forecast, Product Failure Reports, Product / Part Replacement Reports, Maintenance Call Reports, Warranty Claim Processing, etc. and maintaining KYC records.
