➢ Clearing the In Transit damage for Dealer by below 5k and above 5k
➢ Below 5k intransit damage claim follow up and settled by Transporter as by sales distribution nomes
➢ Above 5k intransit damage claim follow up and settled by insurance
➢ Region wise In transit damage claim analysis
➢ By a Team planning the vehicles to inward and dispatch
➢ Daily man power management
➢ Providing Safety Training as per Safety Rules
➢ Daily Administration
➢ Quality improvement and rejection cost control
➢ Solving Quality issue by corrective action plan
