Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparing Bill of Quantity from the Tender Drawings.
• Coordinating with Project Consultant for Approvals
• Preparing Layout & Isometric drawings for Electrical Busducts
• Preparing the as-built drawings
• Preparing the check list and raising the invoice for the payments
• Preparing and checking voltage drop calculation in line with the proposed ratings.
• Coordinating with site Engineers for technical clarification
• Preparing Delivery Documents and Delivering material at site
• Preparing installation drawings
• Follow-up with site to obtain approvals
• Product Handled:- HENIKWON Busduct (Sandwich Type)

workig as control and instrumentation engineer, mainly troble shooting the problems from field to system by the conducting of cold and hot loop testing .
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Hand experience of calibration on the pressure transmitter, pressure switch (Switzer), temperature switch and also pressure Gauges.
• Cold commissioning and Hot commissioning ( in presence of end client testing of closed and open loop controller functions and their sequence
• Hand experience on the marshalling cabinet (MC) and system cabinet (SC).
• Hand experience on hot loop and cold loop checking.
• Hardware cabinet IO testing.
Plc network topology connections -setting up the profibus, Ethernet and fiber optics connections.
• Familiar with third party client interface and I/O sheet for the trouble shooting of the field problems.
• Coordination with clients, consultants, inspection authority of the ongoing project.
• Regular Monitoring, Maintenance & Installation of field instruments - Temperature, Pressure (Rosemount), Flow, Level Transmitter’s, (EIP Enviro controls) 3D level scanner (APM), Butterfly valve & pressure switches.
• Communication trouble shooting from engineering station to controller.
• Basic knowledge and Hand experience on the MCC for the trouble shooting.
• Very familiar with the installations of field instruments by using Hook-up diagram, cable interconnection diagram and analog input diagram.
• Performance of detailed study of Erection documents, Piping & instrument diagram (P&ID), Instrument Specification Sheet (ISS), Instrument Data Sheet (IDS), Instrument Installation Sheet (IIS), Wiring Diagram, and Tubing Hook up.
• Interpreting input documents from clients
