Job Responsibilities:
• Operate processing equipment’s and log equipment checks to follow standard operating procedure and optimizing plant efficiencies
• Regulate valves, Compressors, pumps and auxiliary equipment’s to direct product flow
• Inspect equipment to determine nature and location of malfunctions like faulty valves, breakages and leakages
• Comply with best practices, standard operating procedures and develop and maintain continuous improvement efforts
• Visit units frequently to verify efficient operating conditions
• Recording temperature, pressures, levels and flows from equipment’s
HSE Role and Responsibilities:
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
Meeting company health and safety goals
Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the entire company
Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe
Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations
Support HSE Inspections, audits and self-assessments
Drive behaviors preventing illnesses in workplace by engaging management commitment
Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions
Manage reports and present summaries to management with suggested solutions
Maintain and manage equipment’s and processes related to each project of health and safety
Provide health and safety measures in a working environment
Prepare future safety plans based on past experiences and fact
• Oversaw production to ensure safe practices and equipment function
• Used strong safety management skills combined with engineering principles to control safety and health initiatives
• Performed routine safety audits to ensure safety requirements were adhered to and developed safety program
• Develop and facilitate safety training, and manage tracking of safety training documentation
• Plan, develop, and lead continuous EHS improvements at workplace
• Performs regular risk assessment and job hazard analyses; communicate results and makes recommendations to mitigate risks
• Measuring effectiveness of changes and programs
• Remained up-to-date with health and safety requirements and aimed to meet them at all times
