1. Good Experience in Quality control activities using various national and international codes like DIN, ASME, IS and ISO etc.
2. Involved in Quality Control Inspection activities in the manufacture of Wind Turbines 1.5MW - Fabrication, Castings, Machining & corrosion protection etc.
3. Knowledge on welding and fabrication procedures and visual inspection capabilities.
4. Knowledge on welder qualification - WPS, PQR & WPQ.
5. Qualified ASNT Level-II in NDT (UT, LPI and MPI).
6. Knowledge on surface preparation, painting and Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) process and inspection.
