Successfully conducted preventive, predictive & break down maintenance of various Machinery & Equipment. Rotary equipment - Diferent types of Pumps, gearbox, and compressor maintenance activity Keeping maintenance reports, measurement records, breakdown analysis and reporting to a higher level. Maintaining performance records, service records, fuel records, warranties, permits etc., to achieve productivity, fuel eficiency and quality output. Monitoring critical spares and schedule maintenance spares availability to enable stock control, ordering of parts and all other workshop functions to operate eficiently. Implementing up-gradations of equipment/ mechanisms or parameters depending on the product change to increase eficiency, quality and machine health. Execution of Scheduled, Breakdown and Major Maintenance. Follow the Standard Maintenance Procedure and ensure the quality of maintenance. Overhauling of Gas and HFO engines and Auxiliaries such as Air Compressors, Radiators and Oil Pumps Reduce the failures and reworks and ensure high reliability. Efectively implemented safety precautions for all maintenances work. Efectively minimise the consumables during maintenance. Preparing and maintaining maintenance records for all Equipment. Complete daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for meeting and reference. Preparing schedule for better monitoring of the project after listing details and constraints during the project. Adhering to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas and developed & implemented measures for enhancing safety levels. Planning, scheduling, supervision & execution of routine / predictive/preventive / shut down maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine up-time / equipment reliability. Identifying the Faults, Fluctuations and Re-setting the Plant for normal operation.
