• Execution of the maintenance tasks activity & allocation of tasks along with H S E for process of crude distillation which includes Crude distillation towers, Heaters, Reactors, Columns(De-Butanizer) Naphtha Feed Stripper & Pumps for circulation, Fin- Fan coolers, Heat exchangers( Shell & Tube, Floating Head) etc.,

• Preparing & Follow up for ISO 14001, 18001, 9001 Activities like OHS register, EMS Register Audits & implementation.

• Budget preparation for the Financial Year as per requirements.

• Ensuring the implementation of requirement & procedures of the
Scope of work as per KNPC standards for all mechanical maintenance activities for routine, breakdown & pre-planned shutdown activities.

• Establishments of all Maintenance document registers, progress, Control & reporting.

• Shutdown preparation for Annual turn around activities’ which includes co-ordinates with vendors, service engineers for equipment, preparation of shut down procedures, follow up with the sub - contractors for works etc.,

• Follow up with ICR (Inspection & Corrosion Report)’ PCR (Plant change Request), RBI (Risk based Inspection) Activities, PMR (Plant Modification Request).PTM (periodically Time Based Maintenance) Activities along with Routine Maint. Activities (CM & BM).

• PROJECT CO-ORDINATION:

• INSTLLATION OF PIPE LINE PROJECT FOR M.E.W. PROJECT.

• CO-ORDINATION FOR INTER REFINERY TRANSFTER LINES.

• Erection of New Piping for LPG, Gasoline, Steam services.

• Modification & replacement of Fin - Fan coolers for Gasoline.

• Monitoring, coordination and perform Contractors activity, NDT & destructive test audit, repair, Fitness for Service for Heat Exchangers.

• Modification of trays in Gasoline Stripper (53 Mts Height & 72 Valve trays).

• Installation of New Centrifugal Pumps for Stripper feed for capacity expansion.

• Opening, Cleaning & Hydro testing of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers - 28 Nos. (Condensers, Re- Boilers & Heaters etc., )

• Responsible for interfaces with other relevant Departments of Qatar Petroleum for obtaining Permissions to the Work related.
• Accountability for the compliance with the Project Cost and Schedule.

• Ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental are adhered to for all assigned to the project including sub-contractors.

• Schedules & Organizes work independently to meet project dead lines and objectives.
• Analyzes work force performance, anticipates problems, devises solutions and initiates appropriate actions.
• Prepare Invoices for claim as per the schedule of work completed & submission to QP for approval.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting progress of work as per the planning schedule
• Prepare weekly/monthly/closeout reports and ensures timely completion of all Project documentation.
• Maint. Activity for the Effluent treatment plant & sewage treatment & water treatments on routinue maintenance.

Assist Assets maintenance of Petroleum Development Oman on shore maintenance activities in Qarnalam area both gas & Oil gathering stations & LNG terminal station. in lcuding gas turbines, turbo expanders, Screw Compressors..Crude Oil Pumps, Pipe line replacement ets.,

• Responsible for co-ordination between operational & Maintenance activities to meet production vis-à-vis targets.

• To carryout all the maintenance activities for all vessels, tanks, columns, Heat - Exchangers, Centrifugal pumps & Reciprocating compressors (Breakdown, shutdown) in a safe, systematic manner, analyse them for improvement and to minimize downtime of plant operations.

• To predict equipment & Machinery breakdowns to improve availability of equipment for uninterrupted quality production & to avoid unscheduled Maintenance.

• Experience in house projects for existing capacity expansion like Waste Heat recovery Unit, expansion & modification of drier, pipe reactors, furnaces etc.

• Plan, schedule and supervise work with highest reliability and productivity by using computerized maintenance management system with ensure good safe practices in work.

• Accountable for maintenance cost within area of responsibility.
