Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities with Proposals
• Sourcing on New opportunities (Bidding/Buying/Budgetary)
• Prepare & Verify the cost estimate of materials, bought out Items based on the evaluations made by
the Technical departments (Mechanical & Electrical/ Instrumentation)
• Check & Verify the scope of work involved in the bid.
• Develops the Proposal Plan.
• Discuss & Conclude project organization, overall project schedule, Execution plan, resources plan.
• Evaluate and Demonstrate the final Proposal with CEO to finalize the Selling Price.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities with Engineering
• Allocate the work packages stating the design inputs and requirements to the Engineers
• Responsible to implement the QMS and the Contract requirements for approval of the Design Output
• Reviewing the Client P&ID/Technical Specification
• Monitor & expedite the deliverables.
• Lead the Technical discussion with client and Inter department.
• Recruit the candidates for suitable positions within Design & Estimation department.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities with Supply Chain Activities
• Finalize the Major, Long lead and High Value sub components during Initial Stages of Project Execution.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Work with Procurement Team to source the New products.
• Plan logistical strategy to ensure delivery targets are met.
• Managing the costs involved while maintaining quality.
• Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers.

Procurement Team Leader

• Report to Managing Director
• Lead & Supervise a Team of Procurement Officer, Material Controller, Logistics, Stores and Dispatch
Team
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
• Procure/Sourcing and assisting the Team to source all materials related to Oil & Gas and Projects
• Discovering & Developing New suppliers and initiating procurement partnership and improve cost
competitiveness and delivery performance.
• Negotiating with vendors for Pricing, Commercial and other Terms, and approve the purchase order
• Conduct review meetings with management for future strategies and identify potential cost down
and improvement opportunities.
• Review current processes for procurement and make recommendations and Implementation
• Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing controls, Budget, KPIs
• Assist in vendor evaluation, identification, auditing and introduction of new sub vendors and
contractors.
• Conduct monthly meetings with suppliers to identify and discuss the issues
• Coordinate with Training department to provide required Training if required for Suppliers.
• Improve the supplier performance through Lean methodologies and Supplier Audits.
• Manage the material flow from Warehouse, Stores to Production Floor and within different facilities
• Interview, hire and train personnel for Material Management related activities.

• Report to Operations Director
• Lead & Supervise a Team of Technical Buyer, Material Expeditor and Logistics Executive.

• Responsible for preparing Standard Operating Procedures and Monthly production reports
• Optimum utilization of plant resources, manpower & machinery
• Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Management immediately.
• Provide adequate Training and guide the team to follow the best practices to achieve production
targets with high quality and safety
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes, derive resolutions and horizontally deploy throughout the
Organization

• Preparing PPAP, APQP Documents & submission to customers.
• Conducting the LPA Audit and counter measure follow up for audit findings.
• Conducting internal audit as per audit schedule for all the departments.
• Providing the necessary NCRs forthe non-conformance during the Audit.
• Follow up with the Auditee to close the NCRs.

• Rejection analysis, Initiating Non-conformance Reports and corrective action identification and
follow-up for Non-Conformance.
