Internship - Accounting Specialist
• Part of Global Accounting Team comprising 7 different countries - Belgium, Dubai, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia,
Singapore, South Africa and Turkey.
• Reconciling the supplier books for all entities.
• Resolving supplier related queries for all entities.
• Being the point of contact for AP team based in Philippines and preparing reports to ease the process.
• Assisting the Accounting team in achieving the tasks related to the month-end close.
• Preparing the month end accruals for Vendors.
• Understanding the internal Portal for PRG Projects and updating it on a timely manner.
• Ensuring accurate payment of expenses to all employees in a timely manner.
• Preparing the cash tracker on a daily basis for the Accounting Supervisor, in order to take major decisions
related to the cash position of each entity.
• Forecasting expenses as well as Vendor payments based on previous trends.
• Preparation of bank reconciliations statement for all entities.
• Assisting the Accounting supervisor in preparation of after close Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintenance of Petty Cash Account and Credit Card accounts for the Dubai & Turkey entities.
