Directing all operational aspects including cashiering, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the branch's objectives. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for branch personnel.
To supervise and lead a team in order to achieve financial objectives, and ensure adherence to all compliance/ control areas of the branch operations.
The main purpose of this role is to assist the Finance manager with the management and control of the Finance and accounting activities of the branch. And ensure that branch controls, operating mechanisms and internal policies are adequate.
Be a part of Singapore operations team for 3 years, I worked in all areas and gained end to end knowledge on bank operations. Handled all back end operations for all banking products related to ICICI bank Singapore branch.
To handle all Clearing and Settlement Functions and Back Office Operations for the Commodities department.
Completed MBA with Finance specilisation, and did project work on " working capical management" Kar Mobiles Ltd.
