Key Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT
•Sourcing & Screening:
Receive CV’s sort out and screen them to determine and prepare short-lists of general suitability of applicants for the required vacancy under consideration. Utilize on-line services to search/short-list for potential candidates.
•Job Advertisements:
Draft employment advertisement, based on approved job description as required for publication in the local and international press to attract high calibre and competent candidates.
•Recruitment Campaigns:
Plan and conduct recruitment campaign across geographical locations for project based mass recruitment.
•Interview/Selection Process:
Conduct preliminary interview to verify qualifications/references, recording relevant facts and opinions and evaluating candidates’ suitability for employment.
•Salary Offer:
Propose salary offers based on analysis and judgement such as job scarcity, impact on current employees in same grades, qualifications, experience, technical interviews outcome etc.
•Mobilization:
Coordinate and ensure the timely processing of Visas, travel/accommodation arrangements for new recruits
Coordinating to Obtain TAWTEEN approval and Security Clearance for the selected Candidate
MANPOWER CONTRACTORS MANAGEMENT
Complete handling of ADNOC approved manpower contractors, administering the employment contract 2221333 for support and specialist contract hire personnel.
Receive Form C2 from the agency with the candidate details to prepare the Service Order (Form C3)
To obtain Performance bank Guarantee and Insurance confirmation
Prepare and forward Letter of Assistance for Oilfield Security Passes, signed by the HR & Admin. Manager, to the Manpower Supply Agency
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Prepare personnel action forms related to changes in employee’s status, such as promotions, transfers, salary adjustments and re-designations
Receive and process employees’ requests for entitlements in respect of allowances, leaves and overtime.
Attendance and Leave management of contract hire staff (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Compassionate and Maternity Leave)
Receive enquiries from Employees/Line Managers regarding the application of personnel policies and entitlements and provide proper guidance as necessary. Liaise with Personnel Policies unit for interpretation of Personnel Policies & Procedures regarding contract hire
Receive the Duty Travel Request Forms, checks for proper authorization, classifies in terms of employees’ grade, airfare, period and per diem entitlements and process such forms to manpower contractor for advance payment
Prepare correspondences/notification letters to inform employees/Division regarding decisions related to changes in benefits/entitlements, such as merit, promotion, general increases and other related matters.
Issues ID cards for new employees.
Receive employee’s Performance Appraisal Reports from Divisions and feed in the HR access System.

Termination formalities
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Handling a 3 member team to complete the above tasks by delegation, monitoring and guidance.
Key Achievements
•Recruited 220 middle and senior level management professionals in the span of 2 Years.
•Focal point in TAKREER for shifting from ADNOC’s old manpower agreement 2220695 to the new agreement 2221333.
Played major role right from formulation of guidelines to implement the contract
Completed 285 work service orders for Specialists and support personnel as per the new contract.
Coordinating with the agencies to comply with ADOC directives to settle the EOSB as per the old contract
•Handled recruitment campaigns in Indonesia, South Africa, Malaysia, Philippines and India to recruit refinery professionals.
Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for recruitment of Design engineers at all levels for global engineering centre, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi & Saudi Arabia.
•Working closely with the HODs in finalizing the recruitment plan.
•Responsible for sourcing, short listing, managing the interview process, rolling out offers, negotiation and handholding the candidates till they are on board.
•Systematic mapping of the EPC industry. Building a strong database of excellent engineers across the globe
