Project Details A Study on Relationship Between Employee Stress and personality (PG): The main aim of the study is to find out the employee’s stress and personality conducted in Dharani Sugar Mills, focuses on finding out the efficiency of employees after the program & also to find out the opinion of the Employees towards the program, trainer, contents & organization. A Study on Water purifier Consumption in Kovilpatti town (UG): The project was done during the final semester in three months duration, which was about the Usage of Water Purifier and survey done regarding Which Brand is Highly preferred in Kovilpatti Town. Achievements Consistently demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in support of top management with flexibility in working well in cross-functional teams. Displayed abilities in handling problems as opportunities and dealing with difficult challenges. Recognized as a quick learner and can easily adopt to company procedures. Organized many association activities, management meet and symposiums at college level.
