• Managing 7 high rise Residential Towers, consisting of around 1500 units in Marina Square
• Organizing owners committee meetings (Owners Association) for the owners/institutional investors from my portfolio
• Responsible of all the common areas (GFA) related issues within these towers
• Emergency/specialised inspections with support services
• Preparation of weekly progress reports
• Analysing information for reports, compile presentation materials, spreadsheets to agreed timescales and formats
• Budget and procurement management
• Preparation of fit out works documentation
• Managing the administration of all move in/ move out documentation within the community
• Acting as point of contact for all dispute and payment related issues (Community service, chilled water and Tawtheeq charges).
• Assisting in planning and execution of community events
• Managing all “in house” and “outsourced” hard and soft services, including building and grounds maintenance teams, lifeguards, security and cleaning services
• Guiding and supporting customer queries through all stages of end to end process, ensuring prompt transfers to subject matter experts where applicable.
