Planned and facilitated language training workshops for corporate executives and private clientele who are predominantly entrepreneurs. Covered areas such as Business English terminology, finance, accounting, the stock market, the economy, human resources, business operations and/or according to the client's needs.
Provided ESL instruction to young and adult English Language Learners, including professionals with degrees and credentials in their native country, and enabling them to achieve competency in English and acquire the basic and more advanced skills necessary to function effectively as parents, workers, and citizens in the United States.
Analysed and documented business processes to assist with the implementation of strategic I.T projects and also with the implementation of various changes to product and business processes. Communicated project and process updates via daily scrum sessions, workshops, training seminars and through formal business documentation i.e. Business Requirements Documentation, Standard Operational Procedures, PPTs etc.
Analysed and reviewed operational processes within the business and implemented or presented a more efficient operational model. Also solved organisational operational inefficiencies and legal compliance risks by developing cost-effective solutions; creating standard operational procedures, proposing computer programs; and recommending system controls and protocol.
Recommended investment products and services that were suitable for prospects and clients based on their objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences. Also executed and negotiated follow through of implementation vehicles such as insurance, investments, debt management, and other tasks quoted to client while deciding how to build the practice by choosing clients and the markets to pursue and complying with all industry rules and regulation.
