Handling both Civil & MEP Store.
Making PR coordinate with management and supplier for purchasing
materials.
Received of incoming materials from the supplies and physical
inspection to ensure that correct quality and quantity as per DO and
PO.
Supervise unloading and loading the materials.
Prepare GRN & MRV and send to account dept. for payment of supplier.
Give intimation about receipt the materials to concord dept. and check
for quality inspection.
Issue all materials and power tool against the materials request form
sign by authorized person follow by FIFO method.
ell familiar with SAP R/3 - MATERIALS MANAGEMENT and ERP
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
o Assist Purchase Manager in daily purchase & inventory mgmt. activities:
order preparation, GRN, payments etc. Coordinating with vendors for
getting quotations and preparing comparatives & with internal departments
for new requirements.
o Receive and action requisition from stores and user departments.
o Ensure that a copy of purchase order is sent to all the concerned
departments.
o Follow up with suppliers for efficient service and in case of late delivery
of the materials ordered.
o Ensure closure of purchase record after delivery of items.
o Ensure to assist the Materials Manager in all aspects of the job.
o Ensure to monitor & handle dispatches to other departments as
required.
o Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by top
management.
Generation Monthly MIS Report (monthly consumption, daily consumption)
others work as assigned by Store Manager.
o Create item code in SAP and ERP System & prepared service work order in SAP.
