• 1) Study Tender document, Attend Pre-Bid mitting, Costing of Project.

3) Coordinating with cross functional teams / departments - Design, Procurement, Project \[Mechanical,
Electrical & Instrumental\], Planning, etc.
4) Reviewing & Preparing documents like PQC, BQC, PPLC, E-mandate, BG, Bid Security and being
well acquainted with terms like EMD, LD, LOA, NDA etc.
5) Preparing TBE & floating RFQs of Brought out items, Critical items or long lead items etc. and
reviewing the techno-commercial offer of Sub-vendors.
6) Preparing Cost Estimation sheet, BOQs of Fabrication, Erection, Transportation, local rate
calculation, Site visit report etc.
7) Ensuring proper tender documentation, timely and error free submission of Bids.
8) Making reports, queries & replies of Pre-tender meeting, Pre-bid meeting, MOM etc.
9) Visiting clients & attending pre-bid meetings, price negotiation, clarification meetings.
10) Checking all addendums and communications received from the client, ensuring that all items are
clarified and considered in the pricing.
11) Preparing a price comparison sheet for each system and cost estimation summary.
12) Contractor Enlistment or vendor enlistment work with various organization and Govt. PSU
Companies.
