Responsibilities:
As ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Site and Office and as COMPANY standard & Control the
function/activity.
Preparing such as procedure of project quality plan, quality control inspection/ schedule and method of
statement, ITP (Inspection Test Plan), RFI (Request for Inspection), ITP (Inspection Test Request) as per
company/ client technical specification and with international quality standard. And preparing the MOM
(Minutes of Meeting) and emails as PMT/ PMC related to standard or comments and reporting to Project
Manager.
Buildings such as CCB (Central control Buildings), Security Offices, Electrical Building, Mosque, Stream
Tracing Buildings, Residential Villa’s, Hospitality, Seawater Intake Pump House, Bridge, Culvert, Flyover,

(A/B/C) category and IAR, Surveillance and all the construction issues at site and follow the design change
issues like FCN (Field Change Notice) and DCN (Design Change Notice) after approval of client.
Monitoring and inspection such as MBES SURVEY & Topographic survey onshore/ offshore Buildings/
Bridges & Road as client specification and asbuilt.
 Liaise and provide support to Projects, Procurement, Engineering and Construction regarding
Project Quality Control requirements and project quality management as organization quality

Material such as prepare the material approval and verify the deliver material as site MAR (Material Approval

Responsibilities:

function/activity.
Preparing such as procedure of project quality plan, quality control inspection/ schedule and method of
statement, ITP (Inspection Test Plan), RFI (Request for Inspection), ITP (Inspection Test Request) as per
company/ client technical specification and with international quality standard. And preparing the MOM

 Inspection of materials (Concrete, Aggregate & Back fill materials) for identification as conforming
to specifications and plans.
 Attend project progress review meetings and contribute towards QA/QC related problem solving
and dealing with queries.
 Take samples of materials for examination or analysis by laboratories, witness various tests on
concrete, Aggregate, Soil and Asphalt materials to ensure quality control specifications are met.
 Inspect Concrete batching plant & Asphalt batching plant and monitor & control the concrete
batching & asphalt batching.
 Inspection of drilling for soil investigation, Geologist, cross hole seismic, permeability, pressure
meter test.
 Inspection of pile rebar cage and pile casing with continuity as per ITP.
 Prepare Quality Control records and reports for daily activities.
 Co-ordinate with client, consultant & Independent Laboratory.
 Prepare documentation for test pack dossiers & submit to client for approval.

- Correct and monitor the QC manpower inside kingdom mobilization plan.
- Preparing and update the project quality organizational chart for IK contract.
- Update and accurate the status of every work procedure and method of statement.
- Preparing Non-Conformity Report (NCR) where the numbers of closed, responded and
outstanding NCR are counted for the weekly report for the client and monthly report for the head
office.
