Automated manual and repetitive tasks using Power Automate flows. Collaborated with different stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through intuitive visualizations. Created Power BI reports to track compliance of different Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and the regions / countries with low compliance rates resulting the increase of this rate by 20%. Collected data from the medical professionals from medsites and developed a Power BI report that is refreshed on a monthly basis demonstrating the number of cases/consultations and identifying the top illnesses and consultation types by client and by site. Lead Project Patient Satisfaction Survey: Streamlined the entire process from the creation of QR codes, coordination with operations managers in every country to promote the use of the survey by every patient after having a consultation to finally use the data collected in a power BI report.
