negotiate potential business opportunities. Lead and direct region business organization to achieve sales plan,

As a Business Development Manager, I was responsible mainly for the business development and achievement of
direct sales in the gulf region, focusing on generating new business, playing an integral role in new business pitches
and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients, act as the key interface between the prospect
and all relevant divisions at SAB, write business plans for all opportunities tender business leading to successful
deals closure.
2011: Creation of a subsidiary company in Dubai: SAB International, the deployment base to cover the Middle and
Near East, the Gulf countries, Asia, the English-speaking parts of Africa, and the Far East.

As a Head of OmniChannels Unit, my duties include:
* I used to act as the main point of contact with the functional business leads to achieve their business goal in
Omni-Channel initiatives and projects
* Manage functional IT demands through the IT demand process and ensure the business owners are well
represented
* Design a high level solution’s approach
* Assist business owners in developing the business case that includes strategic significance regulatory
requirements, impact on Business, and solution approach
* Determine IT efforts for demands and coordinates with Business who will prioritize demands on the
project/major changes
* Manage projects on SAP Platform
* Manage and support project managers in planning projects
* Make sure that the prioritized requirements are implemented in the quality manner agreed upon with the
business owner’s budget and time frame
* Keep functional unit abreast of IT strategies, key priorities, initiatives and projects
* Proactively recommend IT approaches to business opportunities and challenges
* Act as Senior Project Manager on some projects
* Participate in root cause analysis in order to recommend solution’s enhancements or other appropriate
actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT
* Coordinate closely with Infrastructure and development team for the project/change successful
implementation
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
