Concurrent with primary full-time role at Ahmad Hamad Algosaibi & Bros. Co.
• Hold full ownership of the HR function as the sole HR professional, managing all people operations independently
• Designed and built the organizations HR structure, policies, and operational framework from the ground up
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and disciplinary
processes
• Established documentation systems and employee request workflows to support structured and scalable HR
operations
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and internal governance standards
• Serve as the primary HR advisor to executive management on all workforce and organizational matters

• Oversee HR governance and operational compliance across the groups headquarters and its subsidiaries,
spanning diverse industries including travel, industrial, and maritime services
• Serve as Project Manager for MenaITech HRIS, leading system implementation, configuration, and ongoing
governance across group entities - acting as the primary accountability owner for adoption and operational
accuracy
• Validate and audit HR transactions and payroll across entities prior to executive approval, ensuring accuracy, policy
adherence, and regulatory compliance
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, governance frameworks, and operational workflows to
standardize practices and reduce compliance exposure
• Provide strategic HR advisory support to executive management, contributing to workforce planning, organizational
development, and compensation review cycles
• Guide and support subsidiary HR staff in day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent application of Saudi Labor Law
and internal HR standards across all entities
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies within HR processes and lead corrective initiatives to improve
performance and reduce cost
• Act as liaison between executive management and HR operations, translating strategic direction into actionable HR
initiatives
