• Manage & coordinate diverse aspects of the companys supply chain operations, including transportation, capacity planning and warehouse operations; Safeguarding the secure and efficient flow of high-value goods to and from our clients.

• Guide, direct and monitor transport compliance by ensuring carriers adhere to local loading and offloading procedures, while meeting agreed-upon transit times and costs. Conduct root-cause analysis and proactively resolve logistics performance issues.
• Responsible for Inventory management and logistics operations in Belgium Germany, Netherlands, Italy. Highlight being; shipping out 17.000 MT of material in a single month.
• Work directly with carriers, clients, and brokers, overseeing the preparation of all essential documents for the clearance of imported and exported materials.
• Drive cost reduction by employing strategies such as pre-booking, cross-docking, material clubbing and planning intermodal transports.

• Responsible for demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics operations in Europe, USA and China; Distributing over 500+ SKUs across 7 product categories to over 50 key distributors worldwide.
• Production planning: Demand forecasting and Capacity planning ensuring sufficient resources are available to support production goals. Eliminating capacity constraints and identifying strategic locations for the placement of inventory.
• Cost management: Initiated cost-saving initiatives through the optimization of production techniques, warehouse efficiency, and strategic inventory placement.
• Implementation of an efficient stock modeling and inventory management system, maintaining a cost-effective balance between optimal stock levels and meeting targeted service levels.

• Supervising of e-Filing tax returns and tax extensions.
• Developed, implemented, and maintained e-Filing procedures.
• Managed the delivery of tax documents to our international clients in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America; resulted in a Tax exemption of approximately 15M euros.
• Performed analysis of tax data while utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook to create professional reports.
• For accounting purposes, reconciled, across 5+ multi-currency banking accounts, a large number of payments with the matching invoices in our systems; ultimately, enabled the company to close the financial year of 2016.
