-Responsible for the operation & maintenance of all electro-mechanical and Biomedical equipments in the hospital such as: PV system 2MW, Waste Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Oxygen Generator Plant, Diesel Generators, Synchronization & Totalizing Panels, SCADA system, Hot Water Boilers, Steam Boilers, HVAC, Elevators, Softener Systems, RO plant, submersible pumps, irrigation systems, exhaust & fresh air fans and all the biomedical machines which are under maintenance agreements.
-Supervise & control the daily work of maintenance technicians (20 labors) and generate all the necessary Preventive Maintenance schedules
-Implementation of the SAP ERP system for the maintenance module and certified as Superuser during the training and implementation period.
- Implementation & following up of the FMS accreditation program for the whole hospital

Responsible of all Maintenance issues in the Resort & Hotel including new MEP projects.

- Responsible for all electro-mechanical equipments in the village such as:
Generators, boilers, HVAC (VRV & ducted splits), BMS, Scada, CO2 fire suppression, lifts, R.O plant, sewage treatment plant, submersible pumps, irrigation systems, exhaust & fresh air fans, CCTV cameras & all the water treatment systems.
- Provide the needed resources for MEP works such as materials, consumables, equipments, tools for the needed works prior to execution.
- Supervise, schedule and control the daily work of Maintenance team (8 labors).
- Supervise & control the daily work of Cleaning team (8 labors), Gardening team (4 labors), Security team (13 vigils) & Housekeeping team (3 labors).

Head of three departments according to the following job descriptions where number of subordinates was 24 people (4 Foremen, 16 Technicians and 4 Helpers)

I - Internal Maintenance Department:
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance on all equipments in the plant by implementing procedures that facilitate the achievement of maintenance department objectives.
• Set maintenance job plans & follow up work orders during ordinary & peak seasons.
• Generate reports for downtime & analyze the mean time between failures.

II - Process engineering department:
• Provide the technical support for the production department by manufacturing the prototypes as first step.
• Improvement & development of working procedures.
• Make schedule for programming manufacturing.
• Check up the quality of work during manufacturing and the quality of workers.

III - Health & Safety department:
• Implement operational & environmental health & safety procedures.
• Develop safety awareness and training for the shop floor
• Provide the first aid services inside the plant
• Perform a regular assessment for the needed PPEs (Personal Protective Equipments) and control the distribution and consumption by each worker.

-Responsible for maintaining all the equipments in the plant which separate the different types of waste and treat them such as mechanical conveyors, trammels, waste balers, shredding machines, wrapping machines, magnetic conveyors & all related sub equipments.
