he site manager:
Guarantees the quality of the service provided to the tenants of the residences for which he or she is responsible
Organizes the missions of the local teams for which he or she is responsible
Supervises and verifies the work of teams of guards and/or service providers who ensure technical maintenance and monitoring of buildings
Plans, monitors and controls maintenance operations in conjunction with the teams concerned in the organization
Manages and controls the rental of accommodation
Verifies the proper completion of maintenance and cleaning work carried out on site through regular visits
Support local teams in the difficulties they may encounter in their functions
Manages complaints, particularly technical ones
Ensures that the profitability of the residences under its charge is maintained, or even optimized, by controlling costs
Main activities
Support local teams in carrying out their functions successfully (notably rentals)
Request, plan and control maintenance operations, in conjunction with local teams and service providers

Ensure proper collection of rents and charges
Work in conjunction with social support teams to report situations requiring their intervention
