- The planning and implementation of preventive, curative, installation and commissioning of various equipments (UPS, static converters, load transfer modules, generators).
- Monitoring team of operational technicians.
- Dispatching technicians between interventions.
- Management of spare parts.
- Preparation and monitoring national tenders.
- Identifying occupational hazards.
- The maintenance and upkeep of running the entire park.
- Management and development of planning and spare parts necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance of the means of production.
- The establishment and monitoring of statistical breakdowns and machine availability.
- Solving critical problems using different method (8D, FMEA, SADT, ...).
- Ensures as Technical Advisor on production tooling.
- Active collaboration in improving or workstation design.
- Ensure the permanence of the best machine performance in terms of productivity and quality.
- Steering, participation and service planning meeting (multi-site) and direction of the highlights and improvement of tracks for maintenance services, metrology, method and general means.
- Support for calculating charge of production for positions using laser machines.
