· Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities need to QA Teams
· Coordinate all the Project Manager’s related to WMS and Participates on the elaboration of the Work Method Statement
· Prepares and Submit the Subcontractor and suppliers / subcontractors prequalification’s as Client/Project Specification
· In charge on ITP / WMS / Prequalification submission process
· Tracking NCR’s, monitoring of the corrective and preventive actions for closing out
· Initiate the Quality Induction for new comers and within the organization
· Training Staff, technicians & professionals on the Aspects of quality assurance and control activities
· Monitor the quality of KPI’s dashboard
· Responsible for document management system
· Collect and compile statistical quality data
· Monitors all report register’s, formats and documentation submission and process
