As a General Managers my tasked is overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.
• Ensuring highest standards of food and beverage service.
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift, including staff control, food control and sales.
• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
• Dealing with and resolving guest complaints.
• Maintaining food and beverages cost within the monthly budget.
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
• Ensuring to achieve monthly budgeted revenue.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
