*Responsible for switch board operations within the department
*Manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer, solicit feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service/assistance
*Make Data entries depending on the different task set Manager
*Create schedules for clients based on RTA software
*Supervise other junior staff on issues like inventory transition between various departments
*Operating customized software, maintaining student profiles & progress tracks and taking scheduled backups
*Generate weekly and monthly reports based on organization & RTA requirements.
*Assist the Manager with all the necessary requirements
