Roles & Responsibilities:
•Handling Daily Meeting Requirements like Audio Conference, Video Conferencing for local and remote locations.
•Handling Audio visual Equipment.
•Installation, operation& trouble shooting of Polycom VC Endpoints Polycom HDX 6000, 7000, 8000 & group series, Cisco MX 300, Cisco Webex Pro, Cisco webex Room 70
•Updating Firmware & Software for AV Devices (Crestron, Polycom, Extron)
•Creating meeting IDs, monitoring, Troubleshooting, escalating VC calls
•Collaborate with Users for client visits and other AV related Support.
•Handling Webex Broadcasts and supporting Live Streams.
•Ensure network, system and other AV Equipment working Status for All major Events in Advance.
•All Equipment preventative maintenance and upgrades(recommended versions) on Regular Basis.
•Supports for Prep Calls for All Major Events Like Town halls, AHC, Quarterly events etc. as per requirement.
•Coordinate with service Providers like AT&T and other Vendors for resolving Network or other Services
•Advocated for end-users to perform testing to have Smooth Flow of Calls and problem analysis for server and IT infrastructure work.
•Independently take care of all Meeting Requirements and Town halls
•Implemented company policies, Technical procedures and standards for preserving the integrity and security of data, reports and access.
