• Preparation of Level 3/Level 4 Schedules in Primavera P6 and the progress updation.
• Preparation of Weekly Progress Report with Progress ‘S” Curves & Feasibility Reports to Client and to the Mangement.

• Surveillance and witnessing of Daily Construction Activities as per ITP(Inspection Test Plan).
• Review and punch listing of Pressure test package and witnessingthe Pressure Test and Post test Re-instatement
• Conversant with International Codes & Standards like ASME, ASTM, AWS, API Specifications.
• Audit, inspect equipment of Contractors. Advice and assist Contractors in maintaining and upgrading their equipment to ensure high quality job. Trouble shooting.
• Raise non-compliance reports where applicable and ensure satisfactorily closed
• Repair follow-up, Conforming line check as per P&ID, NDT clearance, Punch List preparation, follow up of final completion
• Identification of risks to the quality of work and the completion program, and associated solutions.
• Involved in study of isometrics, GAD and P&IDs.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining fabrication schedules and monitoring to ensure schedule are on track and meet all deadlines.

• Experienced in construction and fabrication activities of metallic pipes and its supports.
• Experienced in Pressure testing of metallic pipes including reviewing of pressure test packages with design codes and standars, witnessing of pressure tests, walk down with main client etc.
• Experienced in preparation of 2 week, monthly and quarterly planning reports for the project.
• Familiar in preparing monthly running bills and preparation of the details for additional bills for the contractors.
• Proficient in study piping and equipment layouts development and plot plan development
• Familiar with AutoCAD, PRIMEAVERA etc.
• Well versed with use of Construction Integrated Management System and computer for office use and feeding inspection data.
• Familiar with software packages like windows, MS Word, EXCEL.
