Network and System Administrator
• Provide hardware, software and network support to 100 plus users
• Installed different softwares, hardwares and equipments in company
• Purchase Hardware and Software from different vendors
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components
• Order network supplies and computer parts as needed for repair
• Run and configure network cables, troubleshoot connectivity issues, create users and configure other related issues
• Assisted Supervisor in planning, maintenance and troubleshooting of infrastructure of the network
• Provide users' technical support, analyze and troubleshoot problems that cause operational delays
• Provide network connections for new workstations.
• Configure Cisco Switches (2950, 2960 & 3560)
• Install and configure Access, Core and Distribution switches
• Setting up VLANS and configuring ISL trunk on Fast-Ethernet channel between switches.
• Design and implement security policies using ACL, firewall (5505, 5510)
• Monitor wan utilization using MRTG and various network applications.
• Define Network traffic restriction and monitor remote access.
• Install and Implement Anti-Virus Server throughout the company.
• Web design and development using Dreamweaver, Flash and more
• Installation of new printers both locally and to the network.
• Administering share folders and assigning permissions to both users and groups
• Worked on wireless networking, both LAN and WAN.
