• Cash Management - reviewing store cash short/excess, petty cash, Gift Cards (sales/redemptions),
bank deposit
issues and verifying daily credit/debit card submissions and investigate any discrepancies.
• Preparing and Posting the entries in Oracle, Recording monthly journal entries to the general ledger
for Daily
sales
• Verifying store Cash in hand, Cash deposit, Amex, Credit card etc.
• Store expense & Petty Entries, Cash and Foreign currency exchange Gain/ loss, Short & Excess till
entries.
• Reconciling bank accounts, comparing with daily store collection and reports. Reconcile bank
deposits of cash
and credit card accounts.
