Execute preventive maintenance plans for the MEP equipments.

Responsible for the troubleshooting and maintenance of Chillers, Transformers, UPS, Diesel generators, Elevators, Automatic doors & PDB etc.

Obtaining quotes from the suppliers/ contractors and to conduct evaluation and negotiation.

Maintaining accurate logs and records.

Responsible for the selection of the MEP equipments (Split AC, FCU, AHU, ventilation fan, pump, electrical / plumbing fittings etc).

Preparation of SOW for the maintenance and expansion works.

Reporting defects and suggesting areas of improvement to the management.

Participation in accident investigation and corrective actions.

Conducted regular maintenance inspections of equipment, tools and machinery.

Coordinated with vendors and contractors to ensure that the job was done correctly in a safe, fast, and cost-effective manner.

Analysing HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation and plant.

Coordinating the condenser line revamping work around 160 meters without compromising the HVAC system's cooling requirements.

Coordinating and overviewing the preventive maintenance work of the 750 and 500 kVA diesel generators.

Supervise and instruct on activities for subcontractors and operatives.
Ensure that all materials and work are as per standard / specifications.
Schedule the day to day works, equipment’s and order materials as per the instruction of management.
Instruct subcontractors and all workers to maintain all safety practices at construction site.
Conduct toolbox meeting with the personnel, subcontractors, or client personnel if appropriate.
Keep a constant check on the work method used by employees to
prevent safety violation, incidents and accidents and investigation.
Ensure that safety training and other specifically required training is provided to all employees.
Monitoring of Subcontractors Safety Management System as required by the client.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
Prepare bill of materials and estimates.
Prepare measurement sheet.

Direct and supervise a team of 5 maintenance technicians on a day-to- day basis and coordinate their schedule to provide timely visits of clients.
•Monitoring different plant machineries and their performances.
•Perform repair and preventive maintenance work on a wide range of equipment types to ensure functionality and efficiency.
•Delivered technical support to technicians while they were out working on client systems.
•Diagnosed equipment problems and determined what method should be used to restore functionality.
•Instruct technicians to maintain all safety practices while doing the work.
