Account management of 2 different projects in 2 different african countries
▪ Checking and validating the expenses for each project.
▪ Managing and making the money transfers through the online banking for both projects after passing through the approval cycle.
▪ Costing for the stock purchased Locally and abroad. ▪ Preparing financial reports with footnotes for the decision makers.
▪ Making a system for both countries for documents archiving.
▪ Supporting the team with all needed with the excel sheets and templates when needed. ▪ Doing all the accounting entries on the companies system.
▪ Handling invoices includes checking and validating then do the entries.
▪ Tracking the invoices and making sure the money transfer.
▪ Dealing with suppliers to facilitate the work for the payments.
▪ Preparing reports and reconciling the accounts used in paying vendors. All the previous daily tasks helped in looking into details working with Excel sheets managing accounts and seeing the full picture of the Account.
▪ Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
▪ Charges expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
▪ Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
▪ Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks. One of the life changing Job which introduced me to the world of finance and I was introduced to the CFA from my colleagues and I started the passion from that point.
▪ Interacting with customers to provide answers to inquiries involving a Microsoft’s product or services.
▪ Assisting customers activating their Microsoft OS or Packages.
▪ Answering the customer questions about licensing MS products.
▪ Opening technical support cases for accessing the customers’ devices remotely and transfer the customer to our 2nd line support.
