Tasks
Directly reporting to the Trade Activation Manager for East & North East (Eastern Province, Arar & Hafar Al Batin) Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets. Communicate and present on technical information with non-technical team members and stakeholders. Closely handle the Point of Sales Payments with the field team and auditing with the finance team. Support regular preparation of Route Plans for Trade activation (Merchandizers) and Consumer engagement teams (Promoters), on weakly/monthly basis. Create online surveys conducted by the field force team, to study and gather information from the market to analyze and provide suitable solutions. Support the Consumer Engagement team closely aligning with the third party agencies and ensure that the premiums (Handout Gifts) are available for successful activity. Maintaining the Master Data Base for the General Trade and Key accounts and ensure that the data is timely updated in accordance with the current market. Design analytics dashboards and KPI reports for internal teams to identify critical data points and translate data into clear visualizations and reports for non-technical teams. Closely Aligning with the Warehouse teams for stock inventory and depletion of stocks as per the requirements.
