•Responsible for entire end to end recruitment for assigned projects. This includes :
 Source as per Job Description, both, locally and internationally.
 Screen & shortlist (through interview, technical/admin test & reference check).
 Salary negotiation.
 Provide Job offer.
 Arrange for local transfer, commercial, visit & work visa.
 Guide applicants for medical, PCC and visa stamping formalities.
 Arrange for travel, accommodation and pickup.
 Manage joining formalities.
•Expertise in closing mid managerial and skilled level positions.
•Coordinate with assigned projects groups, agencies, applicants and various departments for manpower mobilization and on boarding activities.
•Responsible for local and overseas recruitment for various big projects including normal maintenance and shutdown projects.
•Maintain manpower & recruitment database in IFS System (International Financial system ).
•Worked on Job order and demand letter.
•Generate and maintain regular weekly and monthly manpower status reports.
•Supporting new colleagues to leverage work process.

Achievements :

•Recruited 500+ personnel ( 275 Nos. in process ) for Shutdown projects for KNPC refineries and EQUATE Petrochemical Co.
•Recruited 100+ (including in process cases) manpower for Kuwait and Dubai projects.
•Introduced recruitment / head hunting using LinkedIn website.
•Well appreciated by project manager for successful on-time mobilisation of bulk numbers for shutdown project in short span.
•Fully familiar with all policies and procedure for recruitment including all governmental formalities in Kuwait.
