Verifying property documents and procuring further documents from archives when necessary
• Drafting No Objection Certificates and Affidavits
• Drafting of Agreements, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorneys, Memorandum of Understandings
• Checking Agreements and Sale Deeds and development agreements drafted by the Legal
Counsel
• Assisting the Legal Counsel in executing sale deeds & other agreements
• Chronologically arranging and maintaining Legal files
• Checking the newspapers for Public Notices
• Coordinating with liaison officers in matters related to Panchayat, Government Departments,
Mamlatdar courts.
• Conducting mutation processes and coordinating with liaison officers for partition of property,
obtaining sanad and construction licenses for development on the property
.
