1 ) Assisting with the day to day operations of the
HR department.
2) Coordinate with the PRO for Visa Processing
(Renew visa, UAE ID, Labour Card, Contract and
Insurance)
3)Maintain and control the employees personal
files and passport(both hard and soft copy)
4) Shortlist CV's and arrange interviews
5) Ensuring paper works receiving is scanned and
stored both electronically and on the employees
paper file.
6) Filing documents concerning to the HR
department
7) Creating Pay Slip
