•Recruitment: - Searching candidates through job portals (Dubizzle, Naukrigulf, etc), coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers.
•Also travelled to Delhi for recruitments & hired candidates from there.
•Assist in visa application of recruits from India & various countries.
•Processing health cards for new recruits.
•Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
•Monitoring annual leaves and absence.
•Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
•Accomplish entry & exit formalities of candidates.
•Preparing salary letters
•Maintaining the renewals of visas, labour card, National Id’s of employees.
•Assisting HR Manager in day to day operations.
•Maintaining the attendance of all H.O employees as well as other GCC branch offices.
•Handling the internal affairs of the organization, ensuring smooth & efficient workflow.
•Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
•Handling & filing of important documents.
•Type and distribute minutes of meetings.
•Preparing various MIS.
•Recruitment: - Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers. Searching candidates through job portals, Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers.
•Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
•Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review.
•Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues.
•Responsible for providing administrative support to staff and assuming bookkeeping, reservations.
•Compile statistical information for the reporting manager as requested.
•Assist with various program operations as requested as responsibilities permit.
•Evaluate Trainer performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
•Arrange for ongoing technical training and behavioral training for Kanakia Group employees.
•Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
•Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs.
•Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
•Coordinate established courses with technical and professional courses provided by engineering institutes and designate training procedures.
•Prepare training budget for department or organization.
•Execute and support Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes.
•Execute and support strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals.
•Assist with the provision of expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers regarding OD methods and tools.
•Manage the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders; provide consultative services to the business units regarding mentoring.
•Plan and lead short- and long-term planning for OD programs.
•Execute and support effective talent management and succession plan building.
•Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
•Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company.
