-Assisting and reporting to the HR Line Manager
-Dealt with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
-Generating and renewing employment visa of new and/or existing employees in the company
-Helping HR Line Manager to create and generate SOP's of departments
-Draft KPI's of gym trainers and instructors
- Assisting the HR department head in carrying out HR activities; Drafting HR Policies, Generating Job Description and KPI's of gym trainers, Managing Payroll.
- Provided Administrative Duties:
-Updated employee records
-Prepared on-boarding documentation of new joiners
-Prepared final settlement of employees and initial process of exit interviews
- Maintained Gym members records and schedules
-Sourcing and screening for qualified job candidates, using multiple sources.
-Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria.
-Inform candidates of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
-Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
-Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
-Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
-Contact candidates to inform them of the status of their applications.
-Interview candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
-Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers.
-Assisted HR team in screening of candidate profiles.
-Contact potential candidates for screening.
-Update the Team Lead if the applicant is suitable for the profile.
