Responsible for sales and marketing of retail franchises nationwide
Formulate retail operational plans to achieve the monthly and yearly targeted growth
Create marketing plans and promotional activities to ensure sales and brand visibility
Routinely assess sales data to evaluate operation smoothness, franchisee profit etc.
Visit nationwide locations & meet potential Franchises to asses business potential
Responsible for the creating corporate sales plans for countrywide corporate clients
Develop and train regional Key Account Specialists and Managers to serve regional demand
Guide, motivate sales team to improve performance and achieve corporate goals
Collaborate with marketing, service depts. to develop and implement plans to enhance sales
Develop service processes for Banks and Government offices with countrywide offices.
Set sales target & monitor nationwide sell-out condition of the National Distributors (ND)
Advice the Heads of Retail Channels of all NDs on sales initiatives & action plans
Create training programs for the retail teams of Samsung and National Distributors
Execute monthly marketing activities, promotions in support of the brand, and products
Visit the Samsung retailers, Brand shops, and dealers routinely
Create & develop Distribution partners - agents, dealers, sub-dealers internationally
Build and maintain relationships with key Government entities, C&F Agents, Customs etc.
Visit the international sales partners and dealers
Join international fairs organized by foreign and Bangladesh Govt.
Ensure routine revenue collection from international sales entities,

Build superior in-store presence on product (Distribution, Pricing, and Shelving & Merchandising)
Routinely check customer data, buying behavior, competitor strategy to implement sales techniques
Organize and deploy training programs to the Managers, and entire sales force
Ensure timely distribution within all channels and partners in Dhaka and Chittagong.
Develop and implement Sales, Promotion and Communication plans to ensure set targets are achieved.
Initiate leads, close sales and follow up on marketing initiatives
Research and develop strategies to identify market opportunities and new project development
Actively participate in development of new project proposals
Work actively with management to develop the business strategies/plans and shape the internal perception of the company to maximize revenue and growth
Establish and implement short and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operational procedure
Manage strategic accounts as Bangladesh Army, Navy and Air Force and 300+ Corporate accounts
Achieve revenue targets through Key accounts through all data & voice solutions.
Identify & develop new leads from new and existing accounts, reviewing client requirements
Maintain client relationships through routine visits and collect service feedback
Handle day-to-day customer management operations and complaints from all key accounts
Sell Telecom Shelter, Mobile BTS and accessories to SIEMENS, ERICSSON, NOKIA, Huawei etc.
Visit clients occasionally to discuss on product and service issues, and sales opportunities
Coordinate with Regional Project Managers and Regional HQs’ on ongoing telecom network projects
Search & Develop International manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and turnkey partners
Maintain Quality for products in the SMT, Printed Circuit Board productions
Resolve customer feedbacks on quality with Global & Regional HQ of Panasonic, NIKON, Western Digital, Seagate, Magellan etc.
Handle routine investigations, root cause analysis, corrective/preventative action, follow-up etc.
Manage QC Department, organize training programs, hire and interview new personnel etc.
Create an International Customer conscious environment
Develop marketing policies, promotions and standard customer service operation
Deal with International Customer complaints and queries
Provide qualitative customer data, customer feedback for CRM process development
Mediate with the Top Management and Quality Department on various Quality and Service-related problems typical with international customers
