Job Responsibilities
Payroll:
•Managing Payroll for 400 employees.
•Tracking the work schedule of the employees and linking to payroll as per punching system.
•Coordinating with Accounts team for the completion of payroll process.
Joining formalities:
•Coordinate with the on boarding team and conduct joining formalities for new joiners.
•Managing Induction for new employees regarding organization overview, company policies and procedures.
Leaves:
•Leave management of employees, ensuring that they apply through employee portal and also submit certificates if necessary.
•Making sure employee applies a re-joining request through portal.
Visa process:
•Sending alerts to the employees well before the visa expiry date, to renew their visa.
•Processing visa, cancellations and internal transfer of visas for employees.
•Coordinating with the PR department for the visa process.
•Student visa renewals, cancellations, and processing health cards for the students.
Performance evaluation:
•Taking the report from the HR software of the employees whose probation is going to complete.
•Initiate their evaluation.
•Follow-up with respective department heads for the concerned employee probation.
•Follow up with the HR Head, regarding probation confirmation and increment.
Off boarding:
•End of service calculation
•Conducting exit interviews
