• Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) for both Hard & Soft Services tender for the property. Major role in evaluating / screening the bidding process from the contractor’s prequalification stage through the contractor’s technical proposal evaluation stage until issuance of contract to the bid winning contractor.
• Establishing Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the both Hard & Soft Services contract in order to evaluate the performance for the working contractor. Setting up flagging system and recording their performance using correspondences and non-conformance report (NCR).
• Charing weekly meeting with the Hard & Soft service contractors and preparing monthly reports to the top management on the ongoing operations of the property. Projecting Dashboard to the CEO reflecting all the key high-level objectives of the ongoing operations on the properties.

• Working closely Asset and the Insurance department in developing the productive asset management strategy.
• Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for FM operations for critical equipment.
• Established Impairment notice protocols for Life safety system in line with Asset and Insurance management department.
• Key member in the Event Management team for arranging the necessary utilities provision for the events. Including the preparation of Logistic and movement control plans.
• Perform Plant Life Cycle Costing (LCC) Assessment in order to project the effective operation of the system in longer run.
• Perform Annual Energy Audit on property in order to establish energy saving strategy on the property and constructively check for possible improvements on energy cost savings
• Submitting necessary documents to QCD Department for the property QCD Certification renewal process. Attending to QCD flagged snag points on effective manner in order to achieve the property QCD certification renewal on time.
